Resilience Center of Franklin County (RCFC, formerly NELCWIT)

Description: Resilience Center of Franklin County (RCFC, formerly NELCWIT) is the domestic violence and rape crisis center of Franklin County and the North Quabbin region of Massachusetts. RCFC provides 24/7 hotline support to survivors of domestic and sexual violence, as well as support for area providers and survivor allies in the community.

Survivors do not need to be in an active crisis to access our services and resources - advocates are available for emotional support, resource sharing, and problem solving in addition to crisis intervention.

RCFC also offers walk-in services, in-person and virtual support groups, non-clinical counseling, medical advocacy, and court advocacy. These services are confidential, free of charge, and available to survivors of any socioeconomic status, gender identity, sexual orientation, immigration status, race, and ability.
